We understand you're having a problem with your Roku TV since it's stuck on the blue screen. We will be delighted to help you. Please try to unplug the Roku TV for 3 to 5 minutes and plug it back in again.

I tried unplugging it and leaving it unplugged. It has been unplugged for two days now, I just plugged it back in and still have a blue screen.
