Why do i still not have 4 rows and i am on version 12.5 build 4176

wasn't there suppose to be an update for this.  i have 2 TCL tvs and neither has the 4 rows of channel icons.    People on here with earlier versions have 4 rows now.

      TV says "all software up to date".  Please look at the version and build I said I am on.

        Please be advised that in future updates, you will have the ability to switch between 3 and 4 tiles if you haven't yet noticed this 4-row capability on your Roku TVs.
