Why am I beening charged five times a month for channels I didn't order!!!

 being charged  for  channels  I didn't  order  and payment  being taking  from my account  five times a month And cannot  talk to someone  about  this matter. Because  trying  to  get  in touch with Roku is very difficult!!

    It may be more effective to seek assistance from our Billing team for account and billing issues. You can contact them at account and billing support and then choose 'Account, payments & subscription'. They are the most qualified to assist you in this matter.
