when I turn on Roku tv it loops to Disney channel and will not change from there
the Roku tv goes to Disney channel to login ( I don't have Disney) then it has a constant noise and keeps looping back to Disney even when I use my phone remote

Have you taken the batteries out of the Roku remote?

Does your Roku remote have a Disney+ direct access button? If so, is it stuck in a depressed or semi-depressed position?
