What is the difference between models 40R3B4 and 40R3B5?
Anyone know the difference between these two 40'' TVs? One is at Target and the other is at Bestbuy.

Probably little to nothing. It's not unusual for manufacturers to make special models for a retailer that differ in little more than the model #. It's so they can prevent price matching because they are not "identical."
The Roku devices are the same. The letter after the model number just tells it's market. The only difference may be the service keys on the remote. X=general, RW=Retail Walmart, EU=Europe, etc ...
