What is going on with Roku?!?!

The past couple weeks my Roku home screen is different every single time, both on my TCL Roku TV and with my streaming Stick. The background randomly changes; right now it's completely black. Sometimes "continue watching" appears at the top of the screen so I can just scroll through things. Other times it's in the menu and I have to hunt for it. The search option in the menu keeps changing places. The icons randomly change from small, fitting four across, to large, fitting only three across. What a mess!!! The icons changing size has happened before and I reported it to Roku but they had no idea what was going on or how to fix it. And now it randomly changes. I don't even bother reporting things to Roku anymore. Do any of their streaming electronics actually work????

    Roku seems to be experimenting with some user's Home Screen, so that may be what's going on.  Some users have reported a new setting for tile size (or something like that) under Settings->Home Screen.  Not all users that have had their Home Screen icons change size have this settings and I've yet to see it.
