What a joke of a tv won’t connect to WiFi

Have 2 Hisense Roku Tvs both will not connect to wi-fi now. Every other device in our home is working fine on the wi-fi network. It’s not our connection it’s your price of **bleep** tv!!! I’ve reset unplugged re established everything and neither one will connect suddenly. I’m paying for a tv service I can’t use. Very frustrated and tired of dealing with this. ???????

    Kindly provide us with additional information so we can assess your concern better:

    • Did your Hisense Roku TV recently receive any software updates prior to this happening? If so/not, kindly provide us with your current running software version which can be seen under Settings > System > About.
    • Have you tried rebooting your TV under Settings > System > Power > System restart to see if you can connect it after rebooting?
