Westinghouse roku tv freezes and reboots while streaming

My wife and I bought a Westinghouse 43” Roku tv in November 2022 and whenever we stream anything on prime video, Netflix, Hulu, Plex, AppleTv, Vudu, or any other streaming services the tv freezes and then reboots again. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

    We would recommend performing a factory reset on your Roku TV to see if that will resolve the issue you're experiencing.

    Perform the following steps with your Roku remote or the Roku mobile app.

    1. Press Home on your Roku remote
    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Select Advanced system settings
    5. Select Factory reset
    6. Select Factory reset everything
    7. Follow the on-screen instructions
