Weird afterimage/layered display

Please help! My Roku TV is doing this weird thing where the display shows multiple "layers" at once. It's frustrating and maddening. If I leave the TV alone for maybe 5 minutes, eventually the image becomes clear, but that's not practical. The TV itself responds quickly to commands, I just can't even read the menu items sometimes to get where I need to go.

Note, software is up to date, already did a factory reset and there hasn't been any damage to the TV. It was working fine and then an hour later, it starting acting crazy.
