WB tv mysterious worlds not working

This started a few days ago. Nothing airs, just the WB tv screen saying 

Hang on...

We'll be right back!

      Doing this again (still?). Shows commercial breaks but the rest of the time is just the WB TV screen saying Hang on…We’ll be right back!
