Warning about low power onmy Roku Tv in my screen

I have a Roku TV (onn brand). It seems to work fine except the last few days i keep getting a warning on the screen that says the usb device requires more power. Use power adapter if available. 

My tv is on wifi and I have no USB ports in use. I have plugged it into a different wall outlet and am still getting the error. 

not sure what to do.

    My only theory, and I don't know if it holds any water, is that one of the USB ports is dirty.  If you have a can of compressed air, try spraying it into the USB ports.  If you don't, try taking a USB cable and insert and remove it from each port several times.
