Volume modes are not working

I’ve tried every setting. Watching a show and the stupid phone game ads are 3x as loud as the show. I hate this to the point I’m looking at other streaming options. Seems to be an ongoing and known issue yet nothing being done! Convince me I’m wrong.

    Have you tried turning on the Volume Leveling properly? To make sure it is done the right way, you can follow these steps below.

    1. Start playing a show or movie
    2. Press the Star button on your Roku remote
    3. Navigate to Sound Settings > Sound Mode
    4. Select Customize sound mode
    5. Scroll down to Volume Leveling and choose from Low, Medium, or High. Low allows volume to go up and down between shows, commercials, and apps. High keeps the volume more even, so nothing sounds too loud or too quiet.

      That’s exactly what I did. I’m not stupid. Like I said it doesn’t help. The commercials are too loud. I’ve used all three setting just in case they were written backwards.
