Volume goes to 30 or higher just hear

First issue with volume.  I usually bring it to 10 which is a bit loud, but now I can't hear at 10 and have to go to 30.  Same with other Roku TV's in the house.  What heck is going on?  Very frustrating, ready to toss them all and leave Roku. 

I changed volume from auto to my setting I had previously.  But nothing.  Horrible to have to deal with such a stupid situation.
