Thank you for bringing the volume issue on your Streaming Stick to our attention. We truly appreciate your input and would be willing to take a closer look at this matter to provide you with the assistance you need.
Please provide the following information:
- Which model of Roku remote do you have? (Identify your Roku remote)
- Is this issue occurring across all channels? If so, please specify which channel or app it pertains to.
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
We're hoping to get everything sorted out soon and appreciate you bearing with us in the meantime.
