VOICE REMOTE PRO WON'T CHARGE

S.O.S

I originally purchased Feb 1st 2024, that remote was faulty. Received a new one and the charging port seemed kind of loose but it charged. I've only charged it 3 times, I'm the sole user, i.e no kids nobody, and it's never been dropped or anything. I've tried everything, red everything of course called and I'm EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED
