Don't you think if there was a simple solution it would have been posted by now? Does the Roku device that the remote is paired to have a "Find remote" button on it? Is it stuck?
Roku employees always ask for the SN of your Roku device (not remote). It must be company policy.
Leaving the headphones plugged in will discharge your remote in short order.
