Voice remote pro status light

I've had my voice remote pro on the charger for the last 3 days. The status light won't blink while charging(even with the original charger) and the only time the light comes on, is when I hold the reset button for 20 seconds, it will blink 5 times then I try to pair it again with my tv, the status light doesn't turn on to pair it. The tv settings can't find it at all. The model number is RC-MCI

    There seem to be quite a few people with voice remotes that won't charge.  Maybe RokuMary-F can offer some assistance.

    We're sorry to hear that you're having this experience. If the issue still persists with your Roku remote, kindly provide the serial number/device ID of the Roku device that is paired with the remote.
