Voice Remote Pro Slow Charging

My remote is slow charging. I have had it charging all day and it is only at 38%. I read it should take three hours. Why is the charge not doing anything?

    We understand that you charged your Roku Voice Remote Pro for an entire day, but it only reached 38% battery. We would be glad to assist you with this.

    Let's see if this will work for you.

    Reset your Roku remote.

    • If your rechargeable voice remote has a pairing button, press and hold the pairing button on the back of the remote for 20 seconds.
    • If your rechargeable voice remote does not have a pairing button, press and hold the Back 

      and Home for 20 seconds.

    What are you using as the source of power for charging your VR Pro?  Some USB power adapters, especially some older ones, put out far less current than others.  The fine print on the device should show you how many amps (or miniamps) the adapter can output.
