Before proceeding, kindly provide us with additional information such as follows:
- What specific Roku device this remote is currently paired to?
- Is this the remote that came with this device? If not, when and where did you purchase this?
- Did your device receive any software updates prior to this happening that might trigger this issue?
In the meantime, kindly try to reboot your remote by following the steps provided:
- If your rechargeable voice remote has a pairing button, press and hold the pairing button on the back of the remote for 20 seconds.
- If your rechargeable voice remote does not have a pairing button, press and hold the Back and Home for 20 seconds.
