Voice Remote Pro only works when plugged in

Have tried troubleshooting remote by re-pairing and fully charging remote. It only works when plugged in the Roku Ultra device. Model 4802X and SN: SODC23DWDD1H. No issues prior to this. Remote when plugged in will flash different battery levels at the top right of screen. When unplugged - none of the buttons work. Have read through several posts on the subject and h

    We get that you're having trouble with the Roku remote. We're here to help.

    Just to clarify, the remote only works when charging, correct? Also, what percentage is shown for the battery level on the TV screen?

    In the meantime, we recommend you reset the remote.
