- Is the charging cable you are using the one that came with the Roku remote?
- Can you please tell me if you have tried using a different charging cable or plug?
- Have you noticed any physical damage or burnt areas on the charging port?
- When did you buy up this remote, and where did you get it? Did it come with your Roku device or the Roku TV?
