Voice remote pro 2nd Edition Froze after charge
Purchased this remote in November of 2024 and it has not lived up to its expectations at all...I own another one which has been fine other than having to charge at least every 3 weeks. Yesterday I charged the newer one to 100% and after unplugging from usb, it suddenly FROZE...could not do anything with remote at all...had to reset Roku Tv, which is just a couple months old, yet nothing, remote would not pair, and white light just stays solid.
I found the remote that came with the tv and got it paired but it takes batteries, which why I purchased the new remote.
Tried resetting, etc., but nothing...remote still has white solid showing...
Very disappointed as this remote has NEVER worked up to expectations whatsoever..having to be charged at least every 2 weeks since buying it in November.
Everything is taken care of thanks to a great customer service representative who contacted me via email, and later by phone. Best customer service I've had in a very long time and I am very thankful and satisfied with response and action taken!
