Voice Remote Pro & TCL Roku TV

Does this remote only go through the streambar? I would rather have my TCL Roku homepage as it has all of my devices on it. The Streambar does not. Is there a setting I'm missing or am I stuck with the Streambar home screen? Seriously, I'm about to return this remote.

    If you paired the voice pro remote to the streambar, yes pressing any key on it even tv power will land on the Streambar home screen. Unplug the Streambar power cord, repair the voice pro remote to your Roku tv. Now the voice pro will control the Roku tv and send you to its home screen.
