Voice remote for streaming stick right arrow doesn’t work properly and volume up button turns off tv

Right arrow button does not work properly.  Might go right once then only left continuously.  Also, the volume increase button turns off tv.  Only about a month old.  Very frustrating.  I’ve tried resetting, repairing with tv, new batteries, unplugging both tv and Roku stick, nothing has worked,  

could you please help me.
