Remote control connection problem
So I reset my Roku Express connector thing and the control I had for it broke long ago but I was able to connect the voice control remote back then, but now it doesn't wanna connect since I reset it. I don't know what to do 😬 need help please
And your model number of your Roku express is? If it's a 3700 or 3710 it will never pair with voice remote, since they only accept IR commands. A voice remote first out of box may control the Roku by IR, but it will bother you to pair, and once it is paired it won't be IR only again.
Yeah its a 3700, so is there no way I can pair it with any other remote??
Sorry, but no. If you can get into the Roku menu you won't find option for Remote and other devices just under Network and above themes like all other Roku and express models.
