Voice remote buttons incorrect commands

I have the new Roku 4K ultra with voice, remote, and the remote randomly today now is doing whatever it wants. If I hit the back button, it goes to Apple TV. If I hit the forward arrow, it goes to Netflix the back arrow no longer works or the up arrow, so I really can’t even scroll to check anything. I downloaded the remote for the phone and I did check my settings for updates. I am at 12.0 version and still unable to find any related posts to help. Thanks for your reply.

Try unplugging power cord for bit, then plug back in, see if that change's anything?

I did that as well. I also tried resetting or repairing the remote and still it keeps doing it. It’s been a couple hours last night trying all the different reset methods, and nothing seems to work so far.
