I finally got my Voice Remote Pro to operate my Jensen tv. I set it up as an IR remote and chose Samsung as the brand. I t was the 5th or 6th option and it worked! Power options and volume control finally work after using 2 remotes for a year

I was hopeful when I read the post about setting to Samsung, but it did not work for me. I am unable to control the power or volume on my Jensen TV in my RV with my Roku remove. I only get one TV Code option (1) when trying to connect.
