Voice description does not turn off

Good afternoon, 

I am having an issue with the voice description. I turned off the screen reader as well as the audio guidance on my LG TV. However I am still hearing the voice description, but only on the Spectrum TBS app. I've tried resetting the Ruko, TV and the remote to no avail.

    We are having the same issue with the ONN tv. We have tried the star 4 times and nothing.

    JCottonand WeirdJack , if you're getting a voice describing the action in a video, it has nothing to do with the Screen Reader.  It's part of the audio track.  Press * on your remote while the video is playing and go into the Accessibility settings and choose a different audio track.
