Vodafon wifi connection problem.

I came to Turkey 3 months ago. My Roku device used to see the vodafon wifi broadcast at home, but for the last 20 days it sees all the internet broadcasts in the apartment and across the street, but not the wodafon wifi broadcast. I reset the Roku device, shared the phone's internet, connected from there and updated the device. Then I reset the modem, but it still doesn't see the vodafon wifi broadcast. I have 24 megabit and there are two different types of broadcasts, one of them is 5 g, but it still doesn't work. When I looked at the comments, I saw people with the same problem. Please help if there is a solution. Tv samsun smart tv and 20 days ago there was no such problem.
