Viewing History (by Channel)

Occasionally, I see spikes in data usage. I would like to associate that with channels viewed during that period. The way that I see such a log is that when I select a channel or return to the home page, an entry is created containing: timestamp, roku device id, channel/app identifier. My ISP has data caps and this information will help me better manage my data usage and ultimate cost.
