USPS has my order marked as delivered but I never received it.
What can I do about my lost order? I haven't received a remote that I ordered but the USPS has it marked as delivered. The roku contact us doesn't list anywhere to actually contact them.

That is something you need to address with USPS, not Roku. I can say that I've had USPS say something was delivered one day but it wasn't actually delivered until the next day one day after that. Their tracking system isn't the greatest at times.
