Using soundbar as a speaker for my computer?

Is it possible to connect my Roku Soundbar to my desktop PC and using it as a speaker? I have tried using the HDMI and digital audio port to connect, but I have had no luck.

No, the Roku devices including the Roku Smart Soundbar are designed to be directly connected to TVs.
