USB Power Cable with Long-range Wi-Fi® Receiver Model WR001

Please advise if I can replace the above captioned part, or if I should just replace the Roku stick and accessories. The model number of my Roku Streaming Stick is 3811x. Can anyone help or advise me?

    Sorry, but that part isn't available any longer, I would replace the Roku with a non-Stick Roku model like the Express 4k+, that doesn't need long-range wireless receiver. And in a pinch can be controlled by a cheap IR universal remote.
