Upgraded to Spotify premium, want to move Roku tv free library to new account

Need help please. 
I upgraded to Spotify premium and would like to move/ add my library from the free account linked to Roku tv to Spotify app installed on iPad.

would even be happy to just switch/ move library to premium account on tv.
