Update made it where my wifi won’t connect

So I got a new Roku tv and I go through the process of setting it up and after I enter the wifi it says it needs to update. After it comes back on from the update I have to set it up again but the wifi won’t show up. So I restart it and enter the wifi and it tells me it needs to update again. Anyone else ever have this issue. How did you fix it

    Camilynn-

    Some have reported they've been able to get the update to complete by temporarily connecting to a different network, usually a wifi hotspot on their phone.  After the update completes and the tv is set back up you can switch back to your normal network.
