    Hi everyone,

    Thanks for the post.

    Please provide us with the following information so we can investigate the issue further:
    -what remote model (found in Settings > Remotes and Devices > Remotes > select the remote > About > Model)
    -software OS/version (found in Settings > System > About)
    -did your remote control the TV before?
    -make and model of TV?
    -are you connected to an AVR?
    Once we have this information we will be able to pass it along to the appropriate team.

    Hi Community users,

    We believe we have found the cause of the issue of Roku remotes losing TV control of volume and power and expect the issue to be resolved in a future update.

    If you are still experiencing this issue after updating to OS 11.0, please feel free to search for another thread related to your issue, or create a new thread regarding the issue you are experiencing.

    In the meantime, we will be closing this thread out.

Remote control of TV power on and volume still not working after applying latest update,  Remote does power tv off.

-Roku device model...................................3921RW
-serial number...............................................YH0031015917

-device ID......................................................JG28A3015917
-software OS/version...............................10.0.0 Build 4195-91

-TV brand and model number...............Samsung model LT27B350ND/ZA

When resetting the remote, there are multiple channels that turn off the music with this model TV.  I tried multiple settings without success.
