Universal remote is compatible with the 3600X Roku Streaming Stick

As far as I know only the discontinued Harmony Hub could control a stick and it does it through your network much like an app on your phone.  No universal remote of any kind (or any app) can control a new stick (any model) out of the box.  It must be connected to a network first and you must have a Roku remote to do that.
