Unexplained Zone Channel noise

Am I the only one who finds the "Programming will resume shortly" noise and banging , very annoying .

How can I get a hold of someone to change it ? I love the channel , hate the noise !

    Could you specify which shows this issue persists? Also, when the issue occurs, would it be possible for you to send us a clip? Lastly, what have you done so far in an attempt to resolve this issue?
