Unable to Update Software

This morning, my Roku start up began with the message, "Software Update" etc.  I selected update now and waited and waited.  Nothing happened.  I selected update now, and again waited and waited.  My screen was frozen.  Eventually unpluged my TV and waited until now to restart it.  It still shows a software update notification with the same instructions.  Who can I speak with directly, and or how do I fix this problem?
