I understand that you've encountered an issue while updating your Roku device, TV.
Our team is aware of the issue and is actively working on a fix. In the meantime, could you please provide us with your Roku TV information, including the model number and Device ID? Also, if possible, can you provide us with an image of your TV screen when attempting to update?
