Unable to order my Free cable HDMI extender
The site to order the free cable extender for my newly purchased 4K streaming stick does not work! I have the correct SN in the form but it keeps saying that it is not correct!

Roku devices have two unique numbers to identify them. You can see them both under Settings->System->About. If one doesn't work, try the other one.
