Unable to move past homescreen to select channels

I have an issue with being unable to move around the main screen. We live in two locations, we just traveled to our condo in Texas, from a summer home in Northern Wisconsin. The Roku was set up in Wisconsin. I plugged it in to the TV, and powered it up, connected to the internet, and the main screen came up, it let me move around and I selected a couple channels, RRoku, Amazon Prime and ESPN, all said they did not load, then a message came up to restart, I restarted and the home screen came up but I was no longer able to move around the main screen to select any source. Is there a fix for this?

(universal, simple, voice, or voice-pro remote) Do you mean to say that you are no longer able to use your Roku remote to navigate your Roku device?
