Roku really needs to add a pop-up warning about not performing a Factory Reset unless you have a working physical remote.
Unfortunately, a new or reset device requires a physical remote to setup/activate Roku. Replacement Roku remotes, as well as cheaper universal streaming remotes (IR based) can be found at Walmart, Target, Best Buy etc. for Roku devices and Roku TVs.
If you have a Roku Streaming Stick, you will need an actual Roku Voice Remote.
