Unable to connect to internet error 014.30

Have tried multiple times, resetting TV, resetting router still getting error 014.30 This has been a week

    Hey there! Vegas7​ 

    The error 014 means your Roku can't connect to Wi-Fi—often due to a wrong password, weak signal, or router issues. 

    Try this:

    • Re-enter your Wi-Fi password carefully
    • Restart your Roku and router
    • Move Roku closer to the router
    • Make sure your network name is visible

I have tried numerous times messaging on this board to Roku in reference to error code 0 14. I have reset the router numerous times I have reset on the back of the television numerous times. I am now not able to reconnect to my network. My network always shows excellent for strength. I do not need to know megahertz gigahertz any of this other stuff I need a representative to call me and tell me how to get my four I repeat four televisions working
