Unable to claim free HDMI Extender

I keep trying to order the hdmi extender but it will not let me order. Terrible service

    Please be aware that we believe that the issue regarding requesting the HDMI extender on our Support page should now be resolved

I have filled out the form in order to receive the free extender for the roku streaming plus many times, only to have the site unresponsive when I clicked submit.  The page is unresponsive. Can anyone tell me where to get the extender?  Is there another page that I should be utilizing to order the free extender?

Please provide us with the serial number/device id of the Roku device from Settings>System>About.

    The website should be fixed as I am unable to submit the sheet for a free HDMI extender due to Roku overheating issues.  This appears to be an issue for many people.  My S/N's are 213989276783 and 213989145791.  Please send free HDMI extenders.  Thank you.

    If you are unable to resolve the issue, please provide us with the serial number/device id of the Roku device from Settings>System>About along with a summary of the issue you are experiencing. I'll be able to assist you further from there.

      Just as everyone else. The page does not work for me either. I sat on hold for 39 mins so your rep can tell me to order a cable for my Roku that I can't use without the cable but the link for the cable doesn't work? This isnt cool.  My SN 22508A219332 for my Roku stick. I'd like my free HDMI cable I was told about so I can use my product I paid money for. I'd also like confirmation that my extender is being shipped please and thank you.  Have a good day.

        Jorxon, go to https://my.roku.com and scroll down to your linked devices.  Copy and paste the serial number that shows there.

    I am having the same problem as all the other uses.  I fill in the form and that is as far as I get.

        I am not sure how to create my own threat to also address this issue.  

        My Roku Device is overheating and your HDMI extender website is not working on Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox or the Brave browser.  Each time I hit the continue button it simply does nothing.  

        It's almost as if the code for your site is broken.  IT may be intentional so that Roku hands out less.  Either way I truly need an extender.
