Unable to access a downloaded app on another TV

I downloaded the Sight and Sound app onto my account and can access it through my Roku streaming stick in my basement, on my Westinghouse TV.

But I am unable to access that app through the Roku TV app that came on my Samsung TV, even though I am signed into my account. 

Does anyone have any idea why I can't access that app on my Samsung TV/Roku TV?
