Two 4 K 5 GHz sticks, one brand new, won't connect to the network

Hello! I've been using Roku's for at least 5 years. I have 5 total, they all do 4k and use 5Ghz. I have one that just one day stopped connecting to 5Ghz. I messed with it and decided it died, okay ...

    It seems like you're having some trouble connecting your Roku devices to a 5 GHz network. In addition to our streaming expert's request, could you also try this on your devices: Go to Home > Settings > System > Advanced System Settings > Network Connection Reset.

Have you tried the troubleshooting steps above? Also, could you please share this additional information:

  • Roku device info: Software version, Device ID, and Serial Number (found in Settings > System > About).
  • Tracker ID, GC version, Software version, and build: (press Home 5 times, then Back 5 times when the issue occurs)
