TV Unresponsive to Voice Remote and Roku App

Question

My TV seems to be unresponsive to voice input. I've tried from my voice remote and the mobile app and the TV displays nothing. I unpaired and paired the remote, restarted the TV, and unplugged the TV for 5 minutes. The TV is also up to date with firmware.&nbsp;
