TV turns on and plays but blank screen.
I have a TCL Roku tv Model number 50S446. My tv turns on and I can hear movies playing but my tv screen is blank. You can see that the screen is on but no picture. I can’t locate a reset button to troubleshoot it.
Your backlight has almost certainly failed. Research "TCL backlight" and you'll see that you're far from the only one with this problem. If it's still under warranty, contact TCL. If it's not, they won't help you.
