Tv stops at 23% on step 3 of 3 when setting up antenna

When i go an scan for channels on the last step 3 of 3, (says scanning cable tv). It goes slow and then gets to 23% complete and stops all together left it like so for 2hrs. I can skip step or cancel but it only repeats issues on rescan. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

    Thanks for the post.

    Have you tried moving your antenna to a different location to see if that helps?

      I have but i am going to move it again. And if it doesn't work i'm going to try a factory reset though I'd prefer not too.....
